Bengabad (Giridih):Tejashwi Yadav attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that because Modi did not give jobs to the youth, they are unable to get married and give mangalsutra (a ritual of marriage in Hindu religion) to his wife.
The former deputy chief minister of Bihar might be moving with human support because of his backache, but the junior Yadav is making the sharpest attack against PM Modi.
Modi during an election rally in Aligarh on April 22 had said that Congress (a part of INDIA bloc) will snatch ‘mangalsutra’ of mothers and sisters.
On Wednesday, the Rashtriya Janata Dal leader campaigned for Vinod Singh and Kalpana Soren and held two rallies for the INDIA bloc contestants for the Koderma Lok Sabha and Gandey assembly bypoll.”
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi does not talk about his work in ten years and only speaks about hate. The real issue is unemployment. Do you know that 25 crore youth crossed their age of service? The PM is now 75 years old and now wants another term, but in the Agniveer scheme, a youth is being retired at 22 years. He made a system of retirement for 75 years in politics, but he is seeking another term. At least he should stand on his own made system,” Tejashwai said.
“He was PM for ten years, did he open any factory in Koderma? Did migration stop? Did he make any university, any model school or any hospital? We want to build your future, we distribute pens, but BJP’s people distribute swords, ” he stated.
The PM treated Bihar and Jharkhand in a stepmotherly fashion. Bihar and Jharkhand, which are backward states, did not get any support from the centre. Our share also increased, increasing our burden.
Modi failed on all his promises, he claimed.
“We have not seen such a liar occupying the prime minister’s position. There is no prime minister in this world who lies like Narendra Modi,” Tejashwai alleged.
Because he has nothing left to say about his works in 2014 and 2019 so now in 2024, he is saying that INDIA bloc leaders will snatch your mangalsutra,” he added.
Earlier, Kalpana Soren not only mentioned several works done by the Hemant Soren government in Jharkhand but also declared that this election is between BJP and the people of India.
“BJP did not talk about the real issues which affect the common man. I also want to highlight that even in four years of our work, it was better than 20 years of earlier governments in Jharkhand. Abua Awas, pension, BJP government shutdown 7000 schools, Hemant Soren opened CM Model School.” she said while naming some of the works of the Hemant-led government.
But just before the election, the government which did not fulfill its promises to the people of India, sent an elected chief minister to jail.
During his speech, Vinod Singh questioned the 400 slogans by the BJP. They have no agenda to increase the wage of the working class to 400. They are deceiving people by changing names in the last ten years. They are not giving wages to sakhis or didis similar to what the Jharkhand government is giving.
Yesterday, the prime minister accepted that his MP has nothing so he is seeking a vote on his name. When they first came, they said they would make Koderma shine like mica. In the second term claimed to make Giridih-Koderma Akhanshi Zila (Aspirational District Programme). But they will not talk about it now. So change is needed in Koderma,” Vinod Singh added.
At Pipcho, Koderma, also Tejashwai Yadav held another rally for CPIML candidate Vinod Singh. A huge crowd came to listen to the RJD leader. Here ML’s General Secretary reacted on PM’s appeal, seeking votes on his name and electing him as Koderma’s MP along with PM.
Dipankar declared, “Neither the people of Koderma want Modi as MP nor PM.”
Bengabad rally of INDIA bloc was attended by Jharkhand chief minister Champai Soren as well.
